For years, NW Accounting Professionals, LLC has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to local individuals and businesses. NW Accounting Professionals, LLC's expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as financial statements and financial planning.

Our Team

Mai A. Winter, CPA

  • Graduated from the University of Oregon in 1994 with a Bachelors degree in Applied Science, major in Accounting.
  • Licensed CPA in Oregon and Washington.
  • Worked for large local CPA firm in Eugene OR for 5 years.
  • Worked as controller for subcontractor for 1 year.
  • Moved to Battle Ground in December, 2000.
  • Joined the firm July, 2001.

Nancy D. Iannarone, CPA

  • Graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Licensed CPA in Washington and Oregon.
  • 1997-1985 worked in public accounting with both national and local firms in Oregon.
  • 1985-1991 worked as Vice President Controller for VanFed Savings Bank.
  • 1998 received Masters in Education from Loyola College of Maryland.
  • Joined the firm November, 2002.

  • 17 years experience of full charge bookkeeping including payroll and tax reporting
  • Received "Professional Bookkeeper" certificate in 2004 from Universal Accounting Systems.
